Edith L. Farmer, age 61, of Hamilton, left her earthly home to enter her heavenly home, Thursday, January 1, 2009 at her residence. She was born in Winchester, Kentucky on May 23, 1947 the daughter of Warren and Wanda Ruth (Durbin) Bailey. She was a 1965 Graduate of Taft High.
She married Clifford L. Farmer on November 29, 1969 in Hamilton, Ohio. Edith worked as an administrative assistant in the billing department of Mercy Hospital and also worked for Dr. Romadas. She was a member of McGonigle-Millville United Methodist Church and active in their missionary program.
She is survived by her husband, Clifford and two daughters, Tina Marie Zarbaugh and husband Ryan of Middletown and Elizabeth Ann Farmer and boyfriend, Andrew Cobb, of Los Angeles, CA; sister, Peggy Troxell of Hamilton; brothers, Curt Bailey of Mesa, Az., Gene Bailey of Minot, ND.; two granddaughters, Emma Zarbaugh and Grace Zarbaugh.
Funeral service at McGonigle-Millville United Methodist Church, 2370 Lanes Mill Road, McGonigle on Sunday, January 4, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association, 8899 Brookside Avenue, Suite 102, West Chester, OH 45069.
